To encourage, recognize, and support creativity, innovation, and excellence by enhancing educational opportunities within the Avon Community School Corporation and providing a structured mechanism for active support by corporate and private partners.
As the school year nears completion, the Avon Education Foundation wants to offer a unique opportunity for you to honor an Avon schools staff member who made a difference in your child's life by making a donation in his or her name. When a donation of $10 or more is made to the Honor-An-Educator Fund, flowers and a specially designed “thank you” card will be delivered to your honoree. At your discretion, the card will include your child’s name and any special sentiment you or your child care to include.All proceeds from the Honor-an-Educator program directly benefit children through classroom grants, funding for innovative classroom projects, field trips, supplies, etc.
Please consider honoring that special person who has made a difference in your child’s life!

The First Annual Black and Gold Gala at the Country Club of Indianapolis on Saturday, April 19 was a great success according to the nearly 200 attendees from the Avon community! Many thanks to the AEF Board and Committee members who worked so hard to create a wonderful evening with a special thanks to those who attended this premier community event. All funds raised will be directed back to students, teachers, and classrooms in ways that are consistent with the Foundation's mission. Thank you!
